Payment Timing
Your selected payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. If there is a payment failure or if your transaction is flagged by our fraud prevention system, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Currency & Conversions
 We process all transactions in American Dollars (USD). If your bank account or card is denominated in another currency, you may be charged a currency conversion fee by your provider.

Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Problems With Payment

Please include your name, email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EDT).

Fraud Screening
To protect our customers, we may carry out anti-fraud checks before accepting an order. If your order is affected, we will contact you by email.
