Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (3-Day Withdrawal Right)
Under the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please email us at info@westonandcole.com with your order number and request. If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 3 days after the last item is delivered.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

2. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. All items are eligible for return, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact

  • You must first contact us to receive return authorisation

  • The return must be posted within 30 calendar days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

3. Items That May Be Returned
All items, including clothing, accessories, and footwear, may be returned as long as they meet the return conditions stated above.
We do not exclude any items from our return policy unless legally required (e.g. safety-sealed cosmetics unsealed after delivery, if applicable).

4. Return Procedure
Please contact us at info@westonandcole.com before returning any item. We will provide you with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.
Return parcels must be sent to our international returns facility, which is located in Asia. Returns sent without prior authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return postage.

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will either reimburse your return postage or provide a prepaid return label.
    Please retain proof of postage for all returns.

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return or valid tracking evidence that the item is in transit to us. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@westonandcole.com.
We may request a photo to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund including original delivery charges

You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in these cases.

8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
